Our NEW modern farmhouse guest house is conveniently located near Myers Wedding Barn in Sperry, Iowa, called Porches & Pines. It will easily sleep up to 20 guests. The 5 porches and the view of evergreen pines, your out of town guests or your entire bridal party, can easily stay at our location. The three levels of living space include master suite with master walk-in shower and soaking tub. Full kitchen, breakfast nook, coffee bar and laundry is available. Large family room with fireplace for relaxing, and a rustic 10' harvest table & chairs for everyone to come together just like home. Upper level includes loft with tv and board games, and 3 bedrooms,. Lower level includes custom made bunk beds which sleep 9 and a walk out porch. Hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, frisbee golf, air hockey are included. Our special touches include a fresh bouquet to welcome you in to our space and a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies await you at the front door.
